How enrollment session ranges work
When a student joins a course after its first session, Speakly uses the enrollment date and the scheduled sessions to determine which sessions are included in that enrollment.
What the range means
The start is the first course session scheduled on or after the enrollment date. The range continues through the course's final session. The registration wizard shows the calculated range; staff do not choose an arbitrary start or end session in that wizard.
For example, if the first eligible session is session 5 of a 20-session course, the enrollment range is sessions 5 through 20.
Minimum session rule
At least half of the course's sessions must remain, rounded up. If fewer sessions remain from the selected date, Speakly rejects the enrollment. A course with no sessions, a date after its final session, or a date after all sessions have passed cannot be enrolled through this date-based flow.
The eligibility calculation relies on the course's saved session dates. If the schedule looks wrong, or a holiday or schedule change may have affected it, ask a course administrator to review the course sessions before retrying.
