From student registration to the first invoice
Student registration creates a student record and an enrollment for a selected live course. Billing is a related but separate part of the wizard; submitting a registration does not record a payment.
How the workflow fits together
- Student Info: enter the student's required name, email, and phone.
- Enrollment: choose a course and date. Speakly uses the course schedule to determine the eligible session range.
- Invoice: when billing is needed, select a pricing plan and payment option and enter invoice and due dates. Discounts are optional.
- Review: check the student, enrollment, and billing details, then select Complete Registration.
An invoice is created through this registration flow only when both the pricing plan and installment group are supplied. The invoice starts in Draft status. Registration does not issue the invoice to the student, mark it paid, or create a receipt.
The displayed pricing summary during registration should not be treated as a final quote for late enrollment. Invoice pricing is calculated from eligible course sessions; ask your finance administrator to confirm the amount shown on the created invoice before collecting payment.
For session eligibility, see How enrollment session ranges work. For a student who already has a record, use Enroll an existing student; that workflow does not create an invoice.
