Enroll an existing student in a course
Use this workflow when the student already has a record in Speakly. For a new student, use Student Registration instead.
Before you start
- Confirm the student belongs to the branch you are working in and is active.
- Confirm the live course, its available space, and the intended enrollment date.
- The student must not already have an enrollment in that course.
Steps
- Open Live Courses, then open the course.
- Open Enrollments and select Add Student.
- Find and select the student. If the screen offers bulk selection, check the intended students carefully.
- Enter the enrollment date and review the session range shown for that date.
- Set the enrollment status and add notes if needed.
- Choose whether to send the available welcome email or teacher notification.
- Submit the enrollment and review the result.
The existing-student enrollment workflow does not create an invoice. If billing is needed, follow your branch's financial process separately.
If enrollment is rejected
The course must be in an enrollment-eligible status and have capacity. Enrollment may also be blocked if the student is inactive, belongs to another branch, is already enrolled, has a conflicting class schedule, or the chosen date leaves too few sessions. See Why a student cannot be enrolled.
